清洗風(fēng)干流水線(xiàn)有氣泡洗袋機(jī)、提升機(jī)、振動(dòng)篩、風(fēng)干線(xiàn)、四臺(tái)設(shè)備組成，首先將物料直接倒入到洗袋機(jī)內(nèi)由水槽中的水由下而上產(chǎn)生氣泡，氣泡產(chǎn)生與破裂產(chǎn)生的能量，促進(jìn)產(chǎn)品翻面清洗，清洗后進(jìn)入清水噴淋區(qū)，清洗干凈后直接進(jìn)入振動(dòng)篩，由振動(dòng)篩將大部分水珠震動(dòng)掉后進(jìn)入風(fēng)干線(xiàn)，風(fēng)干完畢后直接裝箱即可。
