1、問題一：無法自動(dòng)釋放真空？

原因：消真空電磁閥堵塞或損壞

解決方法：檢查清洗電磁閥或更換。

2、問題二：運(yùn)行噪聲增大？

原因：a. 鏈條過松或失油生銹 b. 鏈輪失油生銹或磨損 c. 帶座軸承缺油 d. 減速機(jī)油長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未更換

解決方法：a.調(diào)節(jié)鏈條松緊調(diào)節(jié)螺栓或加油。b.通過軸承加油嘴加油。c.定期更換減速機(jī)機(jī)油（參照減速機(jī)說明書）。

2. Question 2: does the running noise increase?

Reason: a. Chain is too loose or oil loss rust b. Sprocket wheel oil loss rust or wear c. seat bearing oil shortage d. reducer oil has not been replaced for a long time

Solution: a. Adjust the chain tension adjustment bolts or oil. b. Refuel through bearing nozzles. c. Change the reducer oil regularly (refer to the reducer manual).

3、問題三：滾筒不能自動(dòng)定位？

原因：a. 微動(dòng)開關(guān)損壞 b. 電機(jī)剎車損壞 c. 變頻器故障

解決方法：a.更換微動(dòng)開關(guān) b.聯(lián)系廠家維修 c.參照變頻器說明書排除故障

3. Question 3: the drum cannot be positioned automatically.

Reason: a. damage of micro switch b. damage of motor brake c. failure of inverter

Solution: a. Replace the micro switch b. Contact the manufacturer for maintenance c.Troubleshoot with reference to inverter specification

4、問題四：未按設(shè)定時(shí)間工作？

原因：a. 總時(shí)間繼電器故障 b. 工作/暫停時(shí)間繼電器故障

解決方法：更換時(shí)間繼電器

4. Question 4: not working at the set time?

Reason: a. total time relay failure b. working/pause time relay failure
